Orders & Acceptance
- Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- An order is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation message/email from us, or once Cash on Delivery (COD) dispatch is arranged.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any stage, without prior notice, particularly in cases of repeated refused COD deliveries.
Delivery
- Zypher Shoes offers free nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
- Estimated delivery timelines vary by city and courier availability; delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
- If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order will be returned to us, and re-delivery may involve additional coordination or charges.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices on this website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- We reserve the right to change, increase, or decrease product prices at any time without prior notice.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via debit/credit card, as available at checkout.
- For COD orders, payment must be made in cash to our courier at the time of delivery; cheques and demand drafts are not accepted.

Exchanges & Returns
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original packaging, with all tags attached
- Not damaged or altered in any way
- To initiate a return or exchange, contact our Customer Care team via phone, WhatsApp, or email within the 30-day window.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance, if any, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the above conditions are not met. Our decision in such cases is final.
Manufacturing Defects & Claims
- All Zypher Shoes products go through quality checks before dispatch. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery (ideally within 48 hours) with photos and your order details so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, including where goods are unavailable, pricing has been listed in error, or fraud is suspected. Where an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued in Pakistani Rupees.
Website Content & Accuracy
- We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices on this website are accurate. However, slight variations in color or finish may occur due to screen display or the handcrafted nature of leather goods.
- We do not guarantee that all information on this website is free of errors, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time.
